PetSmart Grooming

One of the biggest barriers PetSmart Grooming faces is that a lot of customers think it’s the 18 year-old checkout associates grooming their pets. In reality, PetSmart Stylists go through over 800 hours of training and for most, it’s a career they’ve been in for years. To help build trust and show off who these Stylists really are, we surprised 4 real PetSmart Stylists with actual reviews they’d never seen from their customers.
